Rev Isaac Owusu-Bempah, the Founder and Leader of the Glorious Word Power Ministries International, has warned Ghanaians to pray to avert the death of the country’s former president.
The man of God prophesied that some persons who have led Ghana before are going to die in 2026.
He warned that if former leaders do not heed the prophetic warnings, the prophecies will come to pass.
According to Rev Owusu Bempah, Ghanaians must pray for former leaders who have previously ruled Ghana to prevent calamities.
Speaking to his congregation during his 31st Watch Night service about events to expect in 2026, Rev Isaac Owusu-Bempah prophecied, saying, “Those who have once ruled Ghana, let us remember them when we pray, or else it will not be just one event that will happen.
Those who this prophecy concerns must not rebel against this prophecy, but let them deal with it in prayer or else it will happen, and it will shock Ghanaians, and Ghanaians will say Prophet Owusu Bempah said it”.
He further urged, “let pray about this calamity, someone who has ruled Ghana as a president that person wouldn’t lose his life this year. Let’s take this seriously”.
Also, Bishop Daniel Obinim, the Founder and Leader of the International God’s Way Church, has announced a revelation he claimed to have received about Ghana’s former President John Agyekum Kufuor.
According to Bishop Daniel Obinim, in his vision, he saw former President Kufuor waving at him in a vision with a large crowd gathered.
Speaking during the 2025 31st Night Service, Bishop Daniel Obinim stated, “I saw former President Kufuor waving at me in a vision. I only shared this with one person. In that vision, there was a large gathering, and he was waving at us. Suddenly, the whole place became dark”.
”I did not realise I had this prophetic gift earlier, otherwise I would have spoken about it last week,” he added.
”Since he is from my wife’s hometown, I have fasted for two days for him. I believe he will be safe, because when he dies it will affect me,” Obinim added.

Some netizens reacting to the Rev Owusu Bempah stated, “Tell us about the exchange rate and the GDP? Are they going to change or the world market prices of gold and crude? Or that’s not possible?”
“When he prophesied during ur regime, u were here saluting and calling him names. Now u call I’m scam. Now u call him fake”, a netizen added.
“Stomach direction, pastors. Kuffour and Nana Addo are over 80 years old, and there are probabilities that either of them can die anytime. This is not a prophecy”, One X user added.
A netizen added, “Nana Addo di33 he shouldn’t die oo. That man needs to suffer before he dies. He should suffer so much that he calls for death, but even death rejects him. The most evil man I’ve ever seen”.
