Rev Isaac Owusu-Bempah, the Founder and Leader of the Glorious Word Power Ministries International, has said he gave intercessors of his church sleepless nights to avert bloodshed during the NPP presidential primaries.
It will be recalled that Rev Isaac Owusu-Bempah, during his 31st Night Service on December 31, 2025, dropped a prophecy ahead of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential primaries on January 31, 2026.
According to the man of God, if care is not taken, the NPP primaries will be chaotic with bloodshed, people losing their lives, leading to division in the party.
Speaking during the 2025 31st Night Service, Rev Isaac Owusu-Bempah stated, “NPP, please listen to this. Don’t despise what I’m saying to you… I saw an image which had human characteristics; it was like a human being. And this personality was standing in the midst of the contestants who were contesting in the flagbearership race.
“I saw that the personality, the image standing in the midst of the contestants, was bleeding, and I was asking God, what is the significance of this? And God said to me that the party’s election, if care is not taken and they are not careful enough, will become chaotic and there will be bloodshed, and some people will lose their lives in the process, and it will lead to division in the party,” he said.
He added, “Don’t despise what I’m saying. This is not politics; I’m not doing politics here. This is about the lives of people.”
According to Rev Owusu Bempah, his church is not on the payroll of the NPP, but after God told him about the impending loss of lives and bloodshed, he interceded.
The man of God revealed that on Friday, his intercessors stay in church praying into the night to avert any evil that could have happened.
Rev Owusu Bempah further stressed that in spite of what his Church did, the NPP still insults him.
Rev Owusu-Bempah speaking stated, “It hurts me that some people don’t appreciate us. We are not on the payroll of the NPP, but because of what God told me, I give my intercessors sleepless nights. On Fridays, they stay in church praying into the night so that nothing evil would happen during the primaries.
“They don’t pay us for what we do, yet in spite of what we do, they insult us, because God spoke to me that we should pray so that nothing bad happens,” he said.
“So, when they finished the election, and there was nothing evil that happened, I was so thankful to God. There was no bloodshed, which means that God stopped the negativity He revealed to us because we prayed,” he added.
