Adombi Serwaa, the mother of Ghanaian socialite and actress Efia Odo, has reacted to her daughter’s appearance in a music video featuring Sarkodie and Kweku Flick.
In the viral video, Efia Odo’s mother, after watching Sarkodie’s ‘Odo Pa’ video, which featured her daughter, reacted by quizzing her daughter, Efia Odo, whether she was sick or something.
Reacting to her daughter’s role and outfit in the “Odo Pa” video, Adombi Serwaa, who appeared visibly stunned, stated, “I am shocked. What is the meaning of this? Are you sick or something? Take your nonsense away”.
However, Adombi Serwaa had earlier backed her daughter’s online content, revealing she admired her body.
Speaking on United Showbiz discussion on May 3, 2026, Adombi Serwaa stated, “She has a very nice body, and I like how she moves in her videos”.
When quizzed about an explicit scene in Sarkodie’s newly released “Odo Pa” music video, Adombi Serwaa stated, “I had no idea about the video, and I didn’t know when she shot it. She only showed it to me this evening. When I watched it, I was surprised, but after she explained the story behind the video and the song, I appreciated her dressing and role better.
“I told her, ‘Good job.’ As long as she wasn’t completely exposed, I’m okay with it,” she added.
Some Ghanaians reacting to the video stated, “The mother has failed her daughter; she failed to raise her in a godly way”.
Another X user added, “Doesn’t she know what her daughter is capable of doing? She looks extremely shocked”.
A netizen added, “me de3 like you go chop slap oooo. How can you tell me to come and watch you naked, you nt get respect”.
