Reports suggest another Ghanaian man has been busted over alleged sexual assault incidents reported in Toronto.

The Ghanaian man has been identified as Samuel Opoku, a 30-year-old Ghanaian man living in Canada.

According to reports by the New York Post, Opoku was arrested on May 12 and charged with two counts of sexual assault and indecent exposure in two separate incidents.

On May 9, investigators suggest the first alleged incident occurred when a group of women were walking along a sidewalk when the suspect made sexual advances toward one of the women, grabbed her forearm, and sexually assaulted her.

The Police further disclosed that the second incident occurred when the suspect allegedly followed another woman into a commercial office building.

The Ghanaian man has been accused of approaching the woman from behind and sexually assaulting her.

In related news, a Ghanaian pastor abroad has been sentenced to 18 months’ imprisonment in Canada after being convicted of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.

The Ghanaian Pastor has been identified as Emmanuel Yeboah.

Reports suggest Emmanuel Yeboah, a 38-year-old Ontario resident, was found guilty of sexual assault, sexual interference and assault.

According to the information gathered, the pastor used his position as a family friend to assault the victim while driving her to and from a piano lesson.

The case was presided over by Justice Robert Gattrell.

The Judge cited evidence of grooming behaviour, including electronic gifts, ice cream treats and special attention offered to the victim by the Ghanaian Pastor.

Reports suggest that the Ghanaian Pastor who holds permanent residency is now expected to face a possible deportation.

The news shared by SIKAOFFICIAL read, “A self-styled Ghanaian pastor Emmanuel Yeboah has been sentenced to 18 months imprisonment in Canada after being convicted of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.

The 38-year-old Ontario resident was found guilty of sexual assault, sexual interference and assault after the court heard he abused his position as a family friend to assault the victim while driving her to and from a piano lesson.

The presiding judge, Justice Robert Gattrell, cited evidence of grooming behaviour, including electronic gifts, ice cream treats and special attention offered to the victim by Mr Emmanuel Yeboah.

The convict who currently holds permanent residency in the country is also expected to face immigration consequences and possible deportation following his conviction”.
