Edward Senam Azaliko, an Assembly Member for Effiakuma West, has been captured in a viral video ordering two teenagers he caught in a compromising situation to complete the act.

According to reports, the Assembly Member for Effiakuma West, after catching the two teenagers, age Girl 13 and Boy 16, decided to punish them by ordering them to have sex.

Reports suggest that the Assembly Member took the two teenagers to an uncompleted building and ordered them to have sex as a form of  “punishment”.

In the viral video, the Assembly member was seen bringing out a belt and threatening the two teenagers to engage in the sexual act, or he would beat them up.

The young boy was then seen in the video being forced to insert his manhood into the girl.

The Assembly Member and other individuals who were at the scene, yet to be identified, looked on with some, recording the act with their mobile phones.

The Assemblyman, while whipping the boy, was heard saying, “You think you are smart, take off your shorts, and do it early before I let you go. You, too (referring to the teenage female), take off your dress and open your legs for him. Do it, else I will use the belt on you. Do it, and kiss him as well. If she says it has entered, I’ll stop beating you, but if not, you’ll be beaten till the next day. ”

The Assembly Member, after the incident, when contacted, admitted the role he played in the viral video,

However, claimed his action was to punish them for engaging in a relationship.  

“My actions were to punish them for engaging in a relationship at such tender ages”, the Assembly Member claimed.

Meanwhile, the incident has since been reported to the Police for further action.

In related news, Akwasi Opoku, the Senior Housemaster of Nkenkaasu Senior High School, has been suspended following an alleged sexual misconduct with three female students.

The Senior Housemaster was suspended by the management of the school following allegations.

On Monday, February 23, 2026, the school, in a statement issued, stressed that the decision was taken after a review of his conduct in the matter.

Akwasi Opoku has been ordered to step aside from his role as Senior Housemaster pending further investigations and consultations.

“Management has reviewed your conduct in a matter involving yourself and three female students. Your behaviour in this case is considered unprofessional and has brought the name of the school and the Ghana Education Service into disrepute,” the statement said.

“You are therefore to step aside as the Senior Housemaster of the school pending further investigation and consultations. You are to hand over to the Assistant Headmaster (Domestic) immediately without fail,” the statement added.
