Nana Obiri Boahen, a Lawyer and former Deputy General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has fired shots at the Executive Director of Global InfoAnalytics, Mussa Dankwah, over his recent poll on the NPP.

According to Mussa Dankwah, the Global InfoAnalytics recent poll detailed that NPP voters no longer find the party attractive.

However, Nana Obiri Boahen rejected the poll, according to him, even a kindergarten child won’t believe that NPP is not attractive.

He asserted that even a mature or level-headed person will pay attention to or give credence to a poll that claims the NPP is no longer attractive.

Nana Obiri Boahen argued that even NDC members are complaining about the government’s performance, noting that water bills are rising, and electricity prices are going up.

Speaking in an interview on Okay FM on March 23, Nana Obiri Boahen stated, “He doesn’t know what he is saying by claiming the NPP is no longer attractive. I don’t believe any mature or level-headed person will pay attention or give credence to this publication.

“Which mature person will believe that the NPP is not attractive? Even a kindergarten child won’t accept this because water bills are rising, electricity prices are going up, and the cost of living is increasing.

“The country is becoming difficult, so I don’t know why he would even say this,” Obiri Boahen stated.

Also, John Boadu, a National Chairman hopeful of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has said the ruling National Democratic Congress’s (NDC) government has caught up with them.

The NPP man disclosed that the NDC, since assuming office, has changed its position on several issues.

According to John Boadu, if the NPP gets its act right, it will be back in power in 2028.

Speaking to the media, John Boadu stated, “If we get our acts right, I can assure you that the New Patriotic Party will come back to power in the 2028 elections”.

“For the lies the NDC peddled, it is just a matter of time. Their lies are gradually catching up with them, and the people of Ghana will deal with them soon”.

In related news, Minority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin has said the 2028 election is all play, all play, as no NDC parliamentary seat is safe.

Alexander Afenyo-Markin declared the NPP’s intent to reclaim political dominance in the 2028 general elections.

He stressed that no parliamentary seat held by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will be secure.

The minority leader called on NPP members to intensify grassroots mobilisation, accusing the NDC of failing to deliver on key campaign promises.

Addressing executives of the Tertiary Students Confederacy (TESCON) in Parliament on Wednesday, March 18, Alexander Afenyo-Markin stated, “If elections are held today, NPP will be the majority, but that will also require hard work and loyalty. We do not doubt our minds that you will take up the mantle”.

“We will be joining our colleagues to storm the campuses. The 2028 election is all play, all play, no NDC seat is safe. We will approach every NDC seat like a normal seat,” he said.
