Patricia Osei Boateng, a Kumawood actress and movie producer, has been remanded by a Kumasi High Court.
The Kumawood actress has been remanded in police custody for two weeks pending further investigations.
In a post shared on SIKAOFFICIAL, he wrote, “A Kumasi court has reportedly ordered actress Patricia Osei Boateng to be remanded in custody for two weeks following her arrest in connection with an alleged carjacking syndicate.
This group is linked to the high-profile robbery and murder of Andrews Amankwa, the father-in-law of GOLDBOD CEO Sammy Gyamfi.
After being declared wanted, she is said to have voluntarily turned herself in at the CID Headquarters on February 26, 2026, with her lawyers present”.

Reports suggest Patricia Osei Boateng was arrested by the Special Cyber Vetting and Enforcement Team, established by the IGP.

According to reports, Patricia Osei Boateng is alleged to be the wife of suspected armed robber Duku.
The information gathered also suggests that Patricia Osei Boateng is wanted over her purported involvement in a string of robberies.
Patricia Osei Boateng’s husband, a suspected armed robber identified as Duku, died during a gun battle with police following an operation reportedly linked to the killing of Mr Amankwa, said to be the father-in-law of Sammy Gyamfi.
