Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus-Glover, the former Member of Parliament for Tema East, has reacted to Ken Agyapong’s speech following his defeat in the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential primaries.
Following Ken Agyapong’s defeat in the NPP’s presidential primaries on January 31, 2026, addressing his followers, he called for patience and unity.
Ken Agyapong stated, “I know we have three years to go. Who knows what will happen? So, I want you to be patient. Don’t say ‘No Ken, No Vote’. That slogan should be out,” he said.
Reacting to Ken Agyapong’s speech on Metro TV’s Good Morning Ghana on February 5, 2026, Titus-Glover quizzed Ken over his assertion that nobody knows what will happen.
Titus-Glover speaking stated, “Why that comment? We have three years to go, let’s wait and see what happens. What is going to happen?”.
“I will plead with my senior, I know he is bitter that he has lost the elections. It is hurting, thinking that he is going to win, and it never happened. He should take some rest, reflect and put himself together,” he stated.
He added, “We need him. He’s part of the party. We cannot throw him away. You don’t discard a golden asset to this party and this nation…nothing will happen to Dr Bawumia in the next three years , absolutely nothing. “
“…maybe today is not his time. It could be tomorrow. Nobody knows. But that particular comment he made, nobody can interpret it better than himself.”
Also, Kwesi Pratt Jnr, a Veteran journalist and Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, has quizzed Ken Agyapong, following that same statement he made.
Speaking on Peace FM’s Kokrokoo on February 3, 2026, Kwesi Pratt questioned what the former MP was saying.
Kwesi Pratt stated, “Do you remember what Ken said to the ‘No Kennedy, No Vote’ people? He said they should take time because in the three years ahead of us, nobody knows what will happen”
“So, I am asking, what will happen?”
Pratt suggested, “It is either Dr Bawumia will pick him as a running mate, or there are other options that Kennedy Agyapong is trying to communicate”.
Meanwhile, Prophet Samuel Henry, popularly known as Prophet Roja, dropped a cryptic message about Dr Mahamudu Bawumia’s candidacy for the 2028 elections.
According to Prophet Roja, Prophet ElBernard’s prophecy of Ken Agyapong leading the party in 2028 remains unchanged despite Dr Bawumia emerging victorious in the NPP presidential primaries.
Speaking on Angel TV, Prophet Roja boldly claimed, “Today is 4th February. I am saying that the prophecy Prophet ElBernard gave of Ken winning the primaries, and he did not win, there is something specific that he said that Kennedy is leading the party, it is still hanging. Believe it or not, what he said is still hanging, it has not changed”.
The man of God added, “I am saying this with sorrow; those who have ears should listen. Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is a very good man. I like his wife and the people around him. There are some messages that you can go and speak to him about, but maybe when you go, he will not take it seriously”.
“What I am saying is that we have work to do, Dr Bawumia has work to do, and his people also have work to do. There are some things still hanging”.
Bawumia is the one leading the NPP right now, but in the spiritual realms, what Prophet ElBernard said is still hanging; the battle is not over. What is hanging can also change, but something must be done”.
