An irate man has vowed to pursue spiritual justice after his goat was stolen.
According to the irate man, he will pursue spiritual justice at Nogokpo.
Speaking to a crowd of people, the irate man stated, “I promise on my father on earth if I don’t see the one, Tuesday, I am heading to Nogokpo. If it is 100 people or 1000 people, I do not care, they will all die”.
A woman in the crowd urged the man to go to Nogokpo, saying, “We have nothing to hide, this is where we are always, if you want to go there, go?”
The video has caught the attention of some Ghanaians on X who reacted to it, saying, “E go shock you say 15 people from this crowd chop some of the goat meat, e be them thief am”.
Another stated, “NOGOKPO is a peaceful community in the Anlo state. The town is NOT noted for killing or ritual purposes, as other ethnic groups in Ghana purported it to be. The Deity at NOGOKPO is noted for its justice and fairness delivery in matters”.
The same netizen added, “NOGOKPO is the name of the town and the ‘god of justice’ as one of the traditional religions and being worshipped by some residents of the town, is noted for its fair and justice delivery in areas of defamation, thievery and others. Even if you go there with an issue to be settled, the party (if known) would be called to explain their side of the story. If unknown, before the Deity performs your desire, your hometown paramount chief must be made informed through an errand from the Deity priest”.
A netizen added, “Lol, this happened on Sunday during the health walk of the boxer, who died recently at Chorkor. This place is Chorkor, but the man is from Osu”
“The way people can leave their goats to walk outside destroying people’s things, nu he thinks any curse would work ?”, another Ghanaian added.
One more netizen added, “U see the weapon the guy holds. That’s the weapon we go take beat any Efo stone en fan if he can mess up on 18th ooo. Don’t try to sound like Stone NPO, cus hmmmmm ..”
