A native of Binduri who has been declared wanted by the Ghana Police Service, identified a Mark Agingre, has broken his silence following the police linking him to the series of brutal murders in the Upper East Region.
Mark Agingre quizzed why the Police did not conduct an investigation before rushing to declare him wanted.
According to him, he believes it is a deliberate attempt by some people to frame him.
Speaking in a viral video on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, Mark Agingre recounted, “I was shown a post by my uncle where a bus had been shot in Nangodi along the Bolgatanga road. They used my picture in the shooting incident together with another person, when all the while I was in Accra.”
“…The police posted the wanted poster on November 8; however, regarding the other incident, where they claim I was involved in the killing of a man and his child on the night of November 7, why didn’t they conduct an investigation before rushing to declare me wanted?” he questioned.
“…the police haven’t come around looking for me, and I haven’t heard anyone say that they came in search of me during my absence,” Agingre said.
Asked if he has a lawyer to counsel him on the case, he said, “I have people who have asked me to stay cool since they are working on it. Since they have posted it [picture], I cannot be roaming about all the time or travel anywhere. I have been told to relax as we see the outcome, and I’m looking up to them.”
