A viral video of a Ghanaian man of God losing his cool during a burial service has surfaced on social media.
According to reports, the Man of God lost his cool when a mourner was persistently calling for him to hasten a burial service.
The man of God had wanted to read a bible from verse 1 to 12 when the man stated in twi, “ Pastor, up to verse 12, we are not leaving soon”.
In the viral video, the upset Man of God stated, “Elderly man, this man gave his life to Jesus. If you cannot be silent, leave and come back and do yours. This is what his soul wants, and we are doing it for him. Don’t come and challenge us here. These things are becoming too many”.
Some other mourners at the burial service urged the man of God not to mind the man and to continue with the service.
Meanwhile, some Ghanaians have reacted to the viral video, saying, “The pastor should have understood funeral jollof go soon finish”.
“How can you read the Bible from vers 1 to 12, time no dey ooo the food go finish left am”, another stated.
One more netizen added, “Lol, thought men of God were the most tolerable and understanding people oo. The guy go do ahh then the pastor go curse am. If e be ………….. like that man go insult you then curse you add”
Another netizen wrote, “Every one looks forward to that one last argument btn their pastor and a guest at their funeral”
“I taught they had a burial service at church or at the funeral ground, so why was the pastor wasting time?”, an X user added.
Additionally, a netizen added, “The Pastor is very right, you go to a funeral nowadays and people just want to order the proge around. Sometimes, such persons do not even have direct relations with the deceased.
Very annoying”.
