Daniel Nii Kwartei Titus Glover, the former New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Tema East, has fired shots at both Kennedy Agyapong and Prof Kwabena Frimpong-Boateng.
Titus Glover first fired shots at Ken Agyapong for labelling his main contender in the race, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, as a liar.
Speaking on a panel discussion on Good Morning Ghana on January 28, 2026, Titus Glover stated, “There’s a way that you communicate with your leaders; you communicate to your peers. If your own friend, somebody you once marketed as a good candidate, today you turn around and you are describing him as a liar when you knew very well when you could have taken the time to find out the information that was given to you.
“It turned out that he never said such a thing and went ahead and described him as a liar. If he wins on the 31st, and we are calling for unity to come along to go and market him, how will he be bold and confident enough to stand side by side with him and tell the people of this country what he said in the past was not truthful?” he asked Ken.
Speaking on Prof Frimpong-Boateng calling the NPP as a “fake party”, Titus Glover expressed his displeasure, adding that the former minister is denigrating the party that made him what he is today.
Titus Glover added, “Let us be very mindful of the way we attack our own, the way we describe our own… Why, what at all are we looking for? Look at Professor Frimpong-Boateng.
The very vehicle that championed you under President Kufuor, who made you the Chief Executive of Korle Bu, the same vehicle, the party vehicle that brought you in the government, gave you a Minister of State position; you sat on national television and described the vehicle as fake.
“I don’t know what is wrong with some of our elders. I find it very difficult to speak anyhow, attacking them back. But I think that it is not a good sign, to the extent of saying that he did not even vote in 2024. What kind of hatred is this?” he said.
Meanwhile, Mussa Dankwah, the Executive Director of Global InfoAnalytics, has revealed that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential hopeful Ken Agyapong broke the camel’s back with his video accusing Dr Bawumia of being a liar.
According to Mussa Dankwah, Ken Agyapong’s video accusing Dr Bawumia of lying was devastating to his poll numbers.
He highlighted that Ken Agyapong was doing okay with his poll number until last week, following his outburst in a video which went viral on social media.
Speaking on StarrFM, Mussa Dankwah explained, “To be very honest with you, last week has been devastating to Ken following the outburst in the video that was shared on social media.
The video in which he was calling the former vice president a liar, that video was the straw that broke the camel’s back for many delegates. The effect of that probably made it worse, so the delegates were reacting to that kind of video.
He was doing okay, he was not threantening but he was not collapsing”, Mussa Dankwah added.
