Charles Owusu, a former member of the Forestry Commission, has quizzed the General Overseer of Alabaster International Ministries, Prophet Kofi Oduro, following his criticism of his fellow men of God in Ghana.
Charles Owusu noted that Prophet Kofi Oduro has constantly branded Ghanaian pastors as fake and false prophets.
He accused the man of God of seeing himself as the only genuine man of God.
Mr Owusu further fired Prophet Oduro, reminding him that no one has appointed him as the leader of pastors in Ghana.
According to Charles Owusu, Prophet Kofi Oduro must tone down his criticism as he does not have the authority to determine who is right or wrong.
Speaking in an interview on Okay FM, Charles Owusu said, “A pastor has no reason to attack his fellow men of God because it is the same work they are all doing”.
The insults are too much. There is nothing that happens in this country that Kofi Oduro doesn’t add his voice to, and most of the time, it is negative and insulting.
“Who made you the class captain of pastors in this country? Who appointed you to determine which pastor is correct or not? Who gave you that position?”
He added, “If you don’t drink, how would you know someone who drinks? If you are not into prostitution, how would you know someone is into prostitution?”
Prophet Kofi Oduro is noted for his passionate criticism of pastors he accuses of delivering fake prophecies, particularly regarding elections.
The man of God has openly attacked several prophets, alleging that their prophecies do not come from God.
In related news, Prophet Kofi Oduro fired shots at the Presidential Envoy on Interfaith and Ecumenical Relations, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, following his calls for the submission of prophecies to his office for review.
According to Prophet Kofi Oduro, the prophecy door must be shut, as Ghana does not need an office for reviewing prophecies.
He asserted that Ghana needs hospitals, schools and roads, but the government is opening doors for nonsense.
Speaking to his congregation, Prophet Oduro stated, “We are here talking nonsense. If someone receives a prophecy, he should bring it. What kind of nonsense is that? Do you know the nonsense prophecies some people want to prophesy?
Shut that door, we don’t need it, we need Hospitals, we need schools, look at the rubbish roads we have, and you are opening a table for what nonsense?”, he added.
Additionally, Prophet Kofi Oduro also called out Health workers, particularly Nurses and Doctors, following the recent ongoing brouhaha over the Ridge Hospital incident.
The man of God, speaking to his congregation, recounted some incidents of medical negligence he experienced first-hand at the Tema General Hospital and the Achimota Hospital.
According to Prophet Kofi Oduro, the majority of Nurses and Doctors are so heartless.
Speaking to his congregation in a short video shared by SIKAOFFFICIAL on X, Prophet Kofi Oduro stated, “I went to the Tema General, and a patient fell from his bed to the floor. The patient was lying there for 40 minutes. I went to the Achimota Hospital, where five nurses, one a doctor they were on tablets, laughing, and a patient was lying next to us, screaming, ‘I am dying, I am dying’, and they were just giggling on the internet”.
“You are so heartless, most of you, Nurses and most of you doctors are so heartless”, the man of God confidently added.
