Hopeson Adorye, Director of Operations of the United Party, has alleged that the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has discovered a real estate development purportedly linked to New Patriotic Party (NPP) Director of Communications Dennis Miracles Aboagye as part of its ongoing investigations.

Speaking in an interview with Accra FM on October 27, 2026, Adorye claimed that individuals managing the estate attempted to conceal its ownership by placing a signboard belonging to another real estate company at the entrance.

According to Hopeson Adorye, the move was intended to create the impression that the property belonged to the company whose signboard had been displayed, potentially misleading EOCO investigators.

He claimed that representatives of the company subsequently accompanied the investigators to the site and removed the signboard after establishing that the development was not theirs.

Hopeson Adorye stated, “Apart from the 17 properties that EOCO has seized, they have discovered an estate. Mysteriously, they went for an original estate signboard to portray that the estate belonged to the said company.

“So, Raymond Archer and his people went to the company to conduct investigations, and they said they had no idea that the said estate had their signboard. They had to accompany EOCO officials to remove their signboard before returning,” he alleged.

Hopeson Adorye’s allegations suggest an attempt to hide the identity of the estate’s ownership during the investigation.

Also, Solomon Owusu, the Director of Communications for the United Party (UP), has said the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has now seized seventeen assets of New Patriotic Party (NPP) stalwart Dennis Miracles Aboagye.

According to Solomon Owusu, the number of properties EOCO has seized from Miracles Aboagye, a National Communications Director hopeful of the NPP, has increased from an initial 4 to 17.

Speaking in an interview on Accra FM on September 28, 2026, Solomon Owusu stated, “What I’m understanding now is the astonishing worth of the guy. Initially, they said they had seized four of his properties. I can tell you that now it is about 17. Quote me anywhere”.

“They shouldn’t annoy me in this country. I swear by my late father, Kwame Sarkodie; the properties have increased to 17… Quote me anywhere, the buildings seized have increased to 17,”

He further questioned how Miracles Aboagye was able to acquire the properties that have supposedly been seized by EOCO.

Solomon Owusu made these claims while reacting to the development on EOCO’s investigation involving the Member of Parliament for Manhyia South, Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah.
