Solomon Owusu, the Director of Communications for the United Party (UP), has said the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) has now seized seventeen assets of New Patriotic Party (NPP) stalwart Dennis Miracles Aboagye.
According to Solomon Owusu, the number of properties EOCO has seized from Miracles Aboagye, a National Communications Director hopeful of the NPP, has increased from an initial 4 to 17.
Speaking in an interview on Accra FM on September 28, 2026, Solomon Owusu stated, “What I’m understanding now is the astonishing worth of the guy. Initially, they said they had seized four of his properties. I can tell you that now it is about 17. Quote me anywhere”.
“They shouldn’t annoy me in this country. I swear by my late father, Kwame Sarkodie; the properties have increased to 17… Quote me anywhere, the buildings seized have increased to 17,”
He further questioned how Miracles Aboagye was able to acquire the properties that have supposedly been seized by EOCO.
Solomon Owusu made these claims while reacting to the development on EOCO’s investigation involving the Member of Parliament for Manhyia South, Nana Agyei Baffour Awuah.
Meanwhile, Dennis Miracles Aboagye, an NPP communication team member, has been fingered in a GH¢5.87m fictitious procurement, GH¢19m unauthorised investment and GH¢4.3m unaccounted payment.
According to EOCO, the freezing order against Dennis Miracles Aboagye is tied to a web of allegations.
Reports suggest EOCO secured an Accra High Court order to freeze the accounts as part of investigations into the allegations of a GH¢5.87 million fictitious procurement, an unauthorised GH¢19 million public investment and an unaccounted GH¢4.3 million payment to GAPTE.
In a news card shared by TV3 quoted as saying, “The freezing order against Dennis Miracles Aboagye is tied to a web of allegations spanning a fictitious GH¢5.87 million procurement, an unauthorised GH¢19 million public investment and an unaccounted GH¢4.3 million payment to GAPTE that investigators say remains unaccounted for”.
The freezing order forms part of EOCO’s ongoing investigations into allegations against Miracles Aboagye.
Also, Dennis Miracles Aboagye has claimed he has not seen anything from EOCO stating that his assets have been seized.
Speaking during the “Democracy Under Attack” demonstration, Miracles Aboagye stated, “Forget about me; I have not seen anything from EOCO saying that. I am just an individual, and I really don’t know what you are talking about. If you micro the conversation around me, it takes the bigger picture out”.
Additionally, Blakk Rasta, a Ghanaian reggae artiste and media personality, has bluntly stated that nothing will save NPP member Dennis Miracles Aboagye from joining Chairman Wontumi at the Nsawam Prison.
According to Blakk Rasta, Dennis Miracles Aboagye is in very deep trouble.
Blakk Rasta alleged that more things are coming up almost every day, with people calling investigators to blow the whistle on Dennis Miracles Aboagye.
