Pastor Kelvin Elson Godson, popularly known as Pastor Kelvin Kwesi Kobiri, a Ghanaian pastor, has accused the Member of Parliament for Akwatia, Bernard Bediako Baidoo, and his brother, Augustine Ampofo Bediako, of allegedly stealing properties belonging to Air Real Estate Company Limited.

The man of God consequently appealed to President John Dramani Mahama, the Speaker of Parliament and other key state officials to intervene in the matter, which he describes as an alleged property fraud scheme.

Pastor Kelvin also accused a lawyer identified as Musa Suleiman of working with the two brothers to allegedly take over and sell the company’s properties.

He described the alleged conduct as “thievery of the highest order”, insisting that the individuals involved had coordinated their actions to deprive the company of its assets through what he believes were fraudulent court proceedings.

The pastor said the dispute was already before the court in a civil case seeking to overturn a judgment he claims was obtained through a fraudulent writ.

“The case is already in court as a civil case to set aside that fraudulent court writ that he did, and therefore set aside the judgment,” he said.

According to Pastor Kelvin, the police had completed investigations into the matter but expressed frustration over what he described as interference that had stalled further action.

He claimed that the individuals allegedly involved could have faced additional legal action after August 13. However, he alleged that the Akwatia MP intervened to prevent the process from moving forward.

In an emotional appeal, the pastor called on President Mahama, the Vice-President, the Speaker of Parliament, the Chief Justice, the Attorney-General, the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) and the Director of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) to intervene and ensure that justice is served.

“Mr President, Vice President, Honourable Speaker of Parliament, Chief Justice, Attorney-General, IGP, Director of CID, humble me that as a young man in this economy who is doing everything possible to thrive, please help me have justice, justice, justice,” he appealed.

He maintained that the alleged loss of the company’s properties was the result of a coordinated effort involving the Akwatia MP, his brother and other individuals.

However, the allegations have not been independently established, and the claims against the MP, his brother and the lawyer remain allegations.

In the meantime, the Akwatia MP, some months ago, reacted to allegations against him by the founder and leader of the Zoe Outreach Embassy Church in Ghana, Pastor Kelvin, accusing him of orchestrating a grand scheme to sell the properties and land of Air Real Estate Company Limited.

Pastor Kelvin, in a video, accused the NDC Member of Parliament for Akwatia, Bernard Bediako Baidoo, of fraud.

According to Pastor Kelvin, Bernard Bediako Baidoo allegedly orchestrated a grand scheme to sell the properties and land of a company, Air Real Estate Company Limited.

The pastor alleged that the MP forged documents to win a case in court, allowing him to sell the properties.

He further accused the NDC MP of using a non-existent identity and business transaction to gain access to the said lands and properties.

Speaking in a video shared on Facebook, Pastor Kelvin alleged, saying, “From police findings, Bernard Bediako Baidoo is the brain behind the whole thing. (He) created a transaction that doesn’t exist. Filed a writ in court through Amoaku Adjei’s chambers. Executed the writ and got judgment, and then executed the auction.

“Look at the property there. He sold 14 of these, 14 of these. That’s not the entire thing, so there was bare land of about 8.2 acres, which we haven’t gotten to yet. We are dealing with these properties first,” the pastor said.

He further alleged, “So the case here is that simple. The case is number one. Augustine Ampofo Bediako cannot be found, and also had no transaction at all with Air Real Estate Limited, nor did any worker of Air Real Estate Limited ever know him?

“As we speak, nothing like that. Nobody knew him. Access Bank says he made no payment into any account that we know is associated with Air Real Estate Limited. These are your statements.

So a transaction that never existed, that never happened, is what Bernard Bediako Baidoo created only because he wanted to sell off our properties because at that he knew our hands were changed.

Sold the property out of fraud and had the confidence. A lawyer, a competent lawyer, had the confidence to go and lie to the court with this kind of attitude, this, my goodness, and won the case and executed the transaction,” he claimed.
